પણ ખરેખર હેપી છે??

આજ નો આ વિષય જરા મારા નોર્મલ વિષય કરતા અલગ છે. નોર્મલી તો હું ફરવાનું અને જમવાનું એમાજ જ ફરતો રહું છું પણ આજ નો વિષય જરા  ગંભીર અને સમજવા જેવો છે અને તમારા મિત્રો અને ઓળખીતાઓ માં પણ ફેલાવવા જેવો છે.

આજ ના આ લેખ માં મારો ભાઈ જે બર્લિન માં રહે છે તેના જોડે થયેલા ખરાબ અનુભવ ની અને તેમના જોડે રહેતા બીજા એક મિત્ર જોડે થયેલા અનુભવ ની વાત છે. પેલી વાત તો એ કે કોઈ પણ દેશ વિશે પૂર્વધારણા બાંધવી એ કદાચ ઉચીત નથી માટે તમારે પોતાની જાત ને હંમેશા સજાગ રાખવી જોઈએ. 

અમુક કિસ્સા ઓ જે કદાચ બીજા માટે મદદ રૂપ થઇ શકે:

કિસ્સો 1)

મારો ભાઈ એક સાંજે કદાચ 10 કે 10:30 જેવો સમય થયો હતો એ એમના મિત્ર જોડે ઘરે બીજા મિત્ર ના ઘરે થી જમી ને પોતાના ઘરે જવા નીકળ્યા અને ઘરે જવા માટે તેમને ટ્રામ (ટ્રેન) લઇ ને જવું પડે. અને સાંજનો સમય અને શિયાળો  એટલે અહીં અંધારું જરા જલ્દી થઇ જાય. અને આવા અંધારા માં ગઠિયા કે લૂંટારુ ઓ વધારે સજાગ થઇ જતા હોઈ છે. હવે તમને એમ થતું હશે કે જર્મની માં પણ આવું હશે કાંઈ એતો કેટલો સધ્ધર દેશ છે અને ત્યાં પોલીસ અને કાયદા કેટલા સખત છે તો કોઈ લૂંટ ફાટ કરે કઈ. પણ જેમ બધે કાગડા કાળા હોઈ એની જેમ અહીં પણ સારા લોકો વચ્ચે ખરાબ લોકો છે. હકીકત માં અહીં શર્ણાથી અથવાતો જેમને  રેફયુજી પણ કેવાઈ છે એવા લોકો છે કે જેમને કાયદા નો કોઈ ડર નથી કે કોઈ ની કઈ પડી નથી, જે લોકો પોતાના દેશ માં ખરાબ માંથી ખરાબ હાલત જોઈ ને આવ્યા છે અને એમના માટે જેલ નું ખાવાનું પણ પોતાના દેશ માં જે ખાતા હોઈ એના કરતા કેટલાય ગણું સારું કેવાઈ એવા લોકો છે. આવા લોકો ને અહીં ની સરકાર આશરો તો આપે છે પણ અહીં જે ખુબ મેહનત કરી ને કમાઈ છે એવા લોકો ના પગાર માંથી ટેક્સ જે કપાઈ છે એમાંથી અમુક હિસ્સો આવા લોકો પાછળ વાપરે છે. મને ખબર છે ત્યાં સુધી આવા લોકો ને રેવા માટે ઘર, ખાવા માટે ખોરાક અને પૈસા, કપડાં અને ફરવા માટે મફત માં ટ્રેન ના પાસ આપે છે કોઈ વાર તો આ લોકો પાસે આપડા કરતા મોંઘા કપડાં અને ફોન પણ જોવા મળે અને આપણ ને થાય કે આપડે અહીં મજૂરી કરી ને મરી જઇયે અને જલસા આ લોકો કરી જાય પણ ઠીક છે એ મહત્વનો મુદ્દો નથી અત્યારે.

હા તો થયું એવું કે મારો ભાઈ અને એમનો મિત્ર ઘરે જવા ટ્રેન સ્ટેશન જતા હતા અને મારા ભાઈ ને ટ્રેન માટે ટિકિટ લેવાની હશે તો એ ટિકિટ માટે મશીન પાસે ગયો અને બીજો મિત્ર જરા આગળ જતો રહ્યો હવે મારા ભાઈ ને એકલો જોઈ ને 2 લોકો એમની પાસે આવ્યા અને કેવા મંડ્યા કે અમે સિવિલ પોલીસ છીએ અને તમે ડ્રગ્સ વેચો છો એવું અમને લાગે છે હવે જર્મની માં આવું થવું એ અજીબ વાત છે અને જે નવા નવા આવ્યા હોઈ અને પોલીસ  જોડે કઈ અનુભવ ના હોઈ તે સ્વાભાવિક છે ડરી  જાય. તો પેલા 2 લોકો એ આની પાસે થી એનું આઈડી કાર્ડ માંગ્યું અને મારા ભાઈ એ એ બતાવ્યું અને થોડી વાર થઇ તો એને પાકીટ આંચકી લઇ ને પૈસા કાઢી નાખ્યા અને અચાનક બીજા એ આંખ પાર એક જોરદાર મુક્કો માર્યો એટલે મારા ભાઈ ને જરા અંધારા જેવું આવી ગયું એને એનો વીરોધ તો બો કર્યો અને એના જોડે મારામારી પણ થઇ ગયી પણ એ બે લોકો હતા એટલે વધુ કઈ કરી ના શક્યો અને એના જોડે ફોને અને રૂપિયા હતા એ બધા લઇ ગયા અને ફરાર થઇ ગયા. મારામારી માં મારા ભાઈએ એમની મોઢું જોઈ લીધું હતું અને પાકીટ ઉપર પેલા લોકો ના આંગળી ના નિશાન પણ હતા. આ મારામારી માં મારા ભાઈ ને આંખ અને પગ પર ઘણું વાગ્યું પણ નસીબ સારા એટલે મોટી જાનહાની ના થઈ. 

પછી પોલીસ ને બોલાવ્યા અને બધી વાતો કરી જે થયું હતું એ અને એ લોકો જે અરેબિક ભાષા બોલતા હતા એ મારા ભાઈ એ પોલીસ ને કહ્યું પણ અચરજ ની વાત એ છે કે પોલીસ ના વર્તન પરથી એવું લાગ્યું કે આતો બો નોર્મલ કિસ્સો છે અને આગળ શું થશે એ અત્યારે બો આઈડિયા નથી પણ હું અહીં update આપતો રહીશ.

બીજા કિસ્સા કોમેન્ટ બોક્સ માં લખીશ એટલે આ લેખ લાંબો લચક ના થાય.

1) તો ધ્યાન રાખવા જેવી વાત એ છે કે ઘણી વાર વિધાર્થી કે બીજા ને રાતની જોબ હોઈ છે તો એમને ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવું અને બને તો ગ્રુપ માં જ બહાર જવું.

2) કોઈ અચાનક તમારી પાસે આવી ને કે કે અમે પોલીસ છીએ તો માની ના લેવું અને તમારી વસ્તુ એને આપી ના દેવી.

3) અહીં મોટાભાગે પોલીસ કદી સિવિલ ડ્રેસ માં આવતી નથી એટલે એ ધ્યાન રાખવું અને યાદ રાખવું.

4) આ ખાલી આપડા જોડે જ થાય છે એવું જરૂર નથી ઘણા જર્મન જોડે પણ થયું છે એવી માહિતી મળી છે અને આ લોકો જયારે આપણ ને એકલા જોવે ત્યારે ખાસ આવું કરે છે અને અંધારા માં જ વધારે પડતા એકટીવ હોઈ છે.. 

5) જયારે તમે આવી પરિસ્થિતિ માં ફસાઈ જાવ ત્યારે બુમાબુમ કરવી અને બનેતો એ લોકો પાછળ ભાગવું નહિ વસ્તુ જતી હોઈ તો જતી કરવું કારણ કે આ લોકો કોઈ ને મારતાં પણ અચકાશે નહિ.

6) જીવ છે તો બધું છે એટલે ગયેલી વસ્તુ કાલે આવી જશે પણ તમને કઈ થશે એ કદાચ રિપેર નહિ થઇ શકે.

7) બને તો વધુ પૈસા જોડે ના રાખવા અને કિંમતી વસ્તુઓ પણ અને થોડો પણ શક જેવું લાગે તો ત્યાંથી ભાગી જવું અને પ્રકાશ વાળી જગ્યા માં જતું રેવું.

8) છોકરી લોકો એ તો ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવું અને બને તો સેલ્ફ ડિફેન્સ શીખવું અને આવી વસ્તુ ક્યારે કામ માં આવે એ કઈ નક્કી નહિ એટલે સીખેલું સારું. 

ખાસકરી ને આ વાતો  ખુબ અગત્યની છે કારણ કે સમય જતા આપડા મન માંથી વાત નીકળી જાય છે અને પાછું કઈ ખરાબ બનાવ બને ત્યારે પાછું યાદ આવે કે આમ કર્યું હોત તો સારું હતું. અને જો તમને બધું સલામત લાગતું હોઈ જર્મની માં તો નીચે આપેલ લિંક ચેક કરી જોજો,

આ ઘટના 2015-16 માં બની હતી જે ખુબ ગંભીર હતી અને અત્યારે તો લોકો ભૂલી પણ ગયા હશે.

અહીં ના કાયદા અને પોલીસ આપડા ભારત ના કાયદા ને પણ ઘણા સારા કેવડાવે એવા છે એટલે ખુબ ધ્યાન રાખવું જરૂરી છે. આમાં  કઈ ઉમેરવા જેવું હોઈ તો કોમેન્ટ માં જરૂર લખજો એટલે બીજા લોકો પણ સજાગ રહે અને કોઈ ને મદદ મળી રહે.

Is it really happy???

Today's topic is a bit different from my normal subjects. Normally, my topics moving around travelling and eating, but today's topic is a bit serious and really need to understand and also spread among your friends and family.

Today's article is about the bad experience of my brother who lives in Berlin and the experience of another friend who lives with him. The point is that it is probably not appropriate to make assumptions about any country, so you should always be aware and cautious of yourself.

On Chrismas evening My brother had a meal at his friend's house with his roommate and after dinner he and his friend were walking back to the tram station to catch the tram to reach home around approx. 10 or 10:30 PM in the evening. Here in Germany it is getting dark earlier in the winter time, and in such darkness, the thief or the robber becomes more alert and active. Now you guys might though that in Germany too this kind of things will happen. it is surprising isn't it??  No matter how prosperous the country is and how strict the police and laws are, but just like crows are black everywhere, there are bad people among the good people who have no fear from law or police. They harass people and sometimes even kill or badly hurt them. 

The question arises who are these people, they are not the Germans or the Indians but the refugees or who just come here illegally, those people have no fear of the law or anything at all. Those people had already seen the worst situations in their country. Food from jail is even better for them compare to what they ate back their Country. Here I really not mean that all of refugees are like there but many of them are like these, they don't respect the Country and culture of the Country. They have never seen such a freedom in their Country so they feel here like a king.

 The government here gives shelter to such people also a portion of the tax deducted from the salaries of the people who are working hard spend for them. As far as I know such people are given a house to live in, food and money to eat and, train and free train passes to travel. It is not a point that I want to discuss right now, I want to share some awareness and experience what my brother got to you.

Yes lets continue, my brother and his friend were going to the train (Tram) station to go home and my brother has to get a ticket for the train so he went to the machine for the ticket and another friend kept going a little further.  Now seeing my brother alone, 2 people with Mask Approche to him, and introduce them as a civil police. They said they have doubt that my brother is selling drugs so they want to do some inquiry. Now it is really strange that this is happening in Germany and it is natural to be scared for those who have just new to Germany and have no experience with the police. So those 2 people asked him for his ID card and my brother showed it to them and after a while he grabbed his wallet and took out the money and in no time the other one punched him in the eye so my brother got a blank out. He protested against it and there were fights with them too but they were two, so he couldn't do anything more and he took the phone and money with him and disappear in dark. My brother had seen his face in the fight and there were fingerprints of those people on his wallet. In this fight, my brother was hit on the eyes and legs but luck was good so there were no major casualties.

Then he called the police and talked about all that had happened and also he noticed that the both robbers were talking in Arabic. My brother told the police but surprisingly, from the behavior of the police it seemed that this is a normal case. There is no big movement from them and they said my brother to go home or ask him to go to the hospital if needed. They noted down all information from him. I will keep you update about this case here if there is any progress.

So the things to keep in mind:

1) There are many student or anyone who are having a night job/shift, they should pay special attention and if possible please go out in a group.

2) If someone suddenly comes to you and introduce you that they are police, don't believe it and don't give your thing (ID or anything) to him.

3) Most of the police here never come in civil dress so be careful.

4) This kind of things doesn't have to happen with just a couple of people. There have been reports that this has happened with many Germans as well, and such robbers robs especially when they see you alone and also in the dark.

5) When you are trapped in such a situation, make a fuss and do not run after such people. You can buy new mobile or your damage will be covered if you are ok, because such kind of people never hesitate to kill also.

6) If there is life, then there is everything, so the lost thing will come tomorrow, but what will happen to you may not be repaired.

7) If possible, do not keep more money and if there is any doubt about valuables and even a little bit of suspicion, run away from there and go to a lighted place.

8) Girls, it is better to take special care and learn self-defense if possible.

It is better to stop something bad from happening than it is to deal with it after it has happened. So, try to remember above points because this is not new, this kind of things happened in past too, check the link below,

These kind of bad people are always in group, and it is not easy to deal with them. Police also need to take stronger action against them but this is something not in our hand.

For me all crimes are the same, there is no small crime or big crime, all big crimes comes from small crime. if you stop small crime then there is very less chance to have big crime too.

If I am police then from the fingerprint I can easily track down the culprite, we are in developed Country and it might be not that difficult to find such people and provide the safety to the society. If we are not able to handle such people then we should not allowed them to enter in our Country too.
